Who We Are

Formerly known as Alsion Group Pty Ltd, Praesta is one of Australia's and New Zealand's leading executive coaching organisation. All our coaches have a broad range of experience both by function and commercial sector, and some have operated at managing director or senior director level in major international companies. Our coaches are carefully selected and a rigorous assessment process is applied followed by specified training on an accredited international coaching program.

We founded this business because we believed our individual and collective experience of leadership in the workplace could benefit and support today's leaders.

Our Support Team

Our support team is a fully integrated part of our client-facing business. They arrange client events, support R&D projects, produce marketing literature, tabulate psychometric exercises and assist us in much more. We're proud to include their manager in the Biography section of this site.
