Good team work requires effective relationships between team members as well as constructive rules of engagement that operate when the team meets. We contribute to both. Effective relationships are built outside team meetings, so we coach individuals on their behaviours and relationships as a complement to moderating team meetings. We know that people prefer to be given feedback in private, when they can absorb it and work on it, rather than in public when they can't.

However, these things take time. So while we receive excellent feedback on our facilitation of "away-days", we only do so as part of a more meaningful engagement.

Facilitating Board Meetings
