Professional Development
Praesta's continuous professional development program focuses on two aspects: coach-specific training and business-specific training. Praesta coaches have dedicated time throughout the year to engage together in development activities, including master classes with recognised external experts and case conferences, to exchange techniques and coaching approaches. This is in addition to the development that coaches' gain through individual learning and supervision.
Each coach receives a minimum of sixty (60) hours of coaching related training per year.
