ASX 200 Chairmen’s Mentoring Program

The ASX 200 Chairmen’s Mentoring Program was announced in April 2010 as a ground breaking initiative to directly assist in achieving a higher representation of women on the boards of Australia’s ASX200 companies. Fifty three (53) of Australia’s leading Chairmen are mentoring over sixty (60) women who have Director experience and are deemed to be ASX200 Board ready.

Praesta Australia has been appointed as Executive coaching consultants to support the program. In Australia, Praesta are known as a leader in Executive coaching for senior leaders, Top Team coaching, Organisational effectiveness interventions and work on Board effectiveness.
