Formerly known as Alsion Group Pty Ltd, Praesta Australia and New Zealand is a leading executive coaching organisation. Through our membership of Praesta International we also operate at the leading edge of executive coaching standards and practice.

An alliance with Praesta International was originally formed in June 2006. This bought added value to our clients and expanded our network of services internationally. By mid 2007, we had commenced discussions on how to further build on the alliance which culminated in September 2007 when Alsion Group was admitted as a member to Praesta International.

Praesta International is the world's leading executive organisation focused on delivering coaching to senior leaders. Formed in 2004, the organisation is currently operating directly and through alliance partners in sixteen countries and through alliance partners in ten countries. Praesta firmly believes in upholding the highest standards of accreditation and ongoing education for its coaches. Some of our founding partners contributed to the coaching standards at the EMCC and recently won an award for the best coaching development program globally.

Our client list includes major public and private sector organisations across the Tasman and South East Asia. Rapidly expanding in the last few years, growth has come from both the large and medium size businesses sectors. The majority of our clients are chief executives and senior leaders such as head of functions, in these large and medium sized enterprises.

Leading edge senior executive coaching and development is only as effective as the professionalism, quality, and insight of the coach provider. The highest standards of entry for our coaches are required. Continuous professional development is underwritten through accredited professional training, detailed monthly supervisory exercises, planned reading and research, and individual annual development plans for each coach.
